Class tuition fees cover a student's place in the class, not attendance. Withdrawals and refund requests must be emailed to admissions@actingstudio.com. Refunds are based on the email's received date, regardless of the class start date. If only partial tuition was paid, refunds are calculated on the full class tuition or monthly installment. A non-refundable $75 registration fee applies to all cases. Any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refund. Refunds for most classes follow this schedule:
STUDIO CLASSES REFUND POLICY:
*A non-refundable $75 registration class processing fee will be retained under all circumstances. Any early withdrawal refund amount retained by the studio will be credited to the student's account for a period of one year. This credit may be applied to other studio classes for which the student qualifies. Credits are non-transferable to another person. *
SIX-WEEK ACTING CONSERVATORY (only) REFUND POLICY:
Foreign Students: In cases where the Studio was requested to provide supporting documentation to assist a foreign student in obtaining a Visa renewal or change in Visa status, no refund will be granted. Any funds paid under such circumstances will be kept on account for a period of one year as credit for the student's future use.**
**Account credit is not transferable to another person. Credits are valid for six months, after which they will expire.
