The Studio offers various financial aid options for eligible students, including late payment plans, interest-free funding, key-student and work/study positions (limited availabilty), and partial-to-full scholarships. Some aids are available only beyond the entry level. Note: The Studio does not offer "full-ride" scholarships to students new to the Studio.
Special Financial Arrangements - First-time applicants who are not previously known to the studio may be eligible for a special tuition payment arrangement upon admission to a studio class. Requests for special payment arrangements must be made at the time of registration. The terms of the arrangement will be determined by the studio administrator and must be adhered to by the student; otherwise, the arrangement will be forfeited.
Financial Assistantships - To be eligible for financial assistantship, a student must have been associated with the studio for at least 2 months and be considered a student in good standing. Recipients are required to maintain their status as a "student in good standing" by having perfect attendance and strong work ethics.
Memorial Scholarships - The studio is the conservator of several scholarships available to individuals aged 32 or under:
Scholarships are awarded based on need and/or merit, with the stipulation that recipients must remain deserving students in good standing with no lateness or absences. These scholarships enable recipients to fully engage in the practice, exercise, and study of acting classes at The Acting Studio - New York, thereby supporting their development into prominent, professional actors and actresses.
