The Acting Studio New York welcomes English-speaking international students and regularly hosts students from a wide range of countries.
International students are encouraged to consider the full-time Six Week Acting Conservatory. This program may be attended on a B-2 Tourist Visa or through the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) as a short recreational course of study. These options generally allow for stays of up to ninety days, and in some cases longer, depending on visa status.
The Acting Studio New York does not issue I-20 forms and does not offer F-1 Student Visas for participation in accredited academic programs. Students
seeking to enroll in longer term programs at the Studio are responsible for securing their own visa solutions.
The Studio may, at its discretion, provide supporting letters or documentation related to enrollment when required for visa applications. The issuance of such documentation does not constitute visa sponsorship and does not guarantee visa approval.
Visa Information
Entry to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program permits a maximum stay of ninety days. A B-2 Tourist Visa typically allows a stay of up to six months, with the possibility of applying for an extension in accordance with US immigration regulations.
Tuition Payment for International Students
International students may submit tuition payments by check, credit card, PayPal, or direct wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions will be
provided upon request.
