Andrea Navedo, a working film, television, and stage actor, best known for her five-season run as a series regular on Jane the Virgin (The CW), brings her professional experience to this six-week on-camera audition class.

Actors work on-camera each week with assigned film and television sides. Material is prepared in advance and presented under audition conditions, followed by playback and direct adjustment. The focus is on truthful behavior, specificity, listening, eyeline, stillness, and the ability to take direction and adjust.

Work is repeated and refined over the six weeks. Actors are expected to arrive fully prepared and to work consistently outside of class.

Please note: This class is scheduled to be held in person at the Studio. However, due to Andrea's active professional schedule, there may be occasions when her work commitments require a class to be conducted online. If this occurs, students will continue the same on-camera process and training remotely, ensuring continuity and a high-quality learning experience.

• Admission is by application and selective to ensure an appropriate level of work within the class.
• If you have them, please submit your headshot and résumé with your application. These materials will help us evaluate your training and experience. Actors without
professional materials may still apply if they have comparable training.
