Withdrawal from Class and Refund of Tuition

Notification of withdrawal from class and requests for refund of tuition MUST BE FILED VIA EMAIL to the Studio administrator. Refunds are computed according to the date the email is received by the Studio's administrator, irrelevant of the date of the last class attended. In cases where only a partial class tuition payment was made, the Studio's share of the tuition is calculated on the full amount of the class tuition or monthly installment due. Refunds are calculated according to the following schedule:

  • Withdrawal 14+ days before the first class: 100%
  • Withdrawal 14 or less days before the first class: 75%
  • Withdrawal within one week after the first class: 50%
  • Withdrawal after the second class: No refund

Foreign Students: In cases where the Studio was asked to provide a letter and/or support information to help a foreign student in gaining a Visa renewal or change in their Visa status, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Any monies paid in such cases will be kept on account for a period of one year as a credit for the student's future use. Account credit is not transferable to another person.

* In cases wherein a personal interview was conducted prior to admission to an acting class, a $50. Interview/handling fee will be retained.
